I am extremely unhappy with PostNet. For years the store in West Valley City has been fine but it went downhill fast! I have had an ongoing problem with receiving notifications, which was not that much of a big deal because it was close and I could drop in and check for packages. I have a health reason for not wearing a mask and my state issued mask mandates. In discussing this with the manager he became quite rude and cut me off. It was agreed that I would use curbside pick up. However, that only works when I am receiving notifications. When I brought this to the attention of the manager he said we only send one notice on the first package. I pointed out that I am prevented from checking my box and that he would need to notify me of each package that I receive. My hope was that if they forgot on the first one I would be notified on the next. His response was:
We have made curbside pickup accommodations. I am more than sure that a judge will see that we are accomading you. Do what you have too. If you are not happy,I will provide you with a 30 day notice to close your account and will refund any unused months.
I would recommend that this PostNet be avoided at all costs.
After posting this review online, I received an email from the manager:
Your postings have gone too far. I will be drafting up a 30 day termination letter of our services for your mailbox If you would like us to terminate our services prior to 30 days let me know. I will pro-rate the monies you paid to PostNet through the end of your term which will include the 3 free months for you paying 12 months in advance. I will email you a copy of the termination letter and include a printed copy to you as well.
All this because he could not be bothered to send me a text for each day that a package is delivered. That is not just a mask Nazi, that is just bad customer service.
